Strava said “Try premium for free!” I figured I’d try this out. All I get is a “suffer score” which shows the time in each heart rate zone. Zone 4 and 5 are multiplied by 100 times decimal number of hours. Zone 2 and 3 are multiplied by 33 times decimal number of hours. Over 100 gets a title of “Tough”, and over 200 gets “Extreme”, and over 250 gets “Epic”. I can also set a goal, but most of that is moot unless I buy a power meter. As such, I don’t see how their $59/yr would be worth it.
