Yah, not a recovery ride. LEGS BURNING SO BADLY. However, I could never get my HR up. By the time I started pushing near anerobic, the leg burn ramped up exponentially and I just had to stop pedalling.
Also, Frank Underwood to Garmin. The software in the unit decided that long-presses didn’t exist anymore, so there was no way to save the workout.
I got angry and kept smacking the Garmin, and eventually I hit it hard enough that it power cycled. Magically, after that, I could save the route I rode, and it looks to be complete. Well, sucks to your ass-mar. That’s totally not cool.
