Wednesday night TX Flyers social ride. Huffing and puffing… drenched in sweat. Couldn’t keep up with the front group, but wasn’t the very last person on the ride either. Met several people who were nice and had good conversations, but as usual, my name retention will fail me.
Still having issues with max cadence, even when I use the FIT Fix tool. I’m retraining myself to rest left foot forward, so I only had 2 ridiculous spikes this time. I have the GPS set to warn me if my cadence is over 150rpm also, which helps retrain.
